Do’s and Don’ts for rules and regulations of the school:

• The school timings are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for pre-primary classes and 8:30 to 2:00 pm for primary and middle classes.
• It is mandatory for all students to wear their identity cards daily.
• Almanac must be carried daily and should be used as means of communication with school.
• Trolley school bags are not allowed for the students.
• The students should come to the school in proper uniform and hair do.
• Students are most welcome to wear casual dress on birthdays but any celebration or distribution of chocolates/gifts are prohibited in the school.
• Parents/guardians dropping or picking their child must carry their parent ID card without fail. No child will be handed over without parent ID card.
• Please note, child will not be handed over to unauthorised person at bus stops or in the school. In the absence of authorised person at the bus stop the child will be returned back to the school and parents need to pick the child from the school.
• Bus stops and timings will be shared with you soon. Buses will ply to the nearest point at main road only.
• Parents are requested to inform school promptly about any preplanned leaves, changes in address and telephone numbers on school mail id: i.e.vbpsgzb@yahoo.com
• In case of opting for private transport, the parents need to share a mail/authority letter describing that they are solely responsible for the safety and security of their child.
• One month prior notice to be served for the withdrawal of transport facility.
• The details of book & stationery may be viewed on the school portal.
• Pre – Primary books and stationery submission is on Saturday, 1st April 2023 between 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
• Parents are free to procure the books/stationery and uniforms from anywhere they wish to . Kindly note that as per CBSE guidelines we don’t have any authorized uniform & book vendors.
• Sample of uniform is displayed at the school reception.
• Every first Saturday is Parent Teacher Meeting for pre-primary classes and every third Saturday is Parent Teacher Meeting for classes 1st to 9th.
• First Saturday will be working for the students of classes 1st to 9th for monthly activities, skill subjects (classes 4th to 9th) and clubs (classes 1st to 3rd).
• Please note that as per CBSE guidelines we don’t have homework policy at pre-primary level.
• Parents are required to fix a prior appointment with the class teacher if they wish to meet with the Principal.
• There are two intervals for the students. One is lunch break and another is fruit break. (Healthy and nutritional foods are recommended)
• Monthly Fee to be paid by 10th of every month in advance. Fee payments to be done online or by cheque only.
• Our School’s ERP system helps you to check your ward’s Day to day given Homework. It helps you in online fee payment, checking the status of fee payment and for receiving the important communication from school in the form of SMS. You are requested to submit the tuition fee on time.
